The following policies apply to all returns:
- You must notify us via email within 10 days of the confirmed product delivery date.
- Returns are subject to approval. Not all items are returnable. For example: Special Order items are not returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost for the returning product will not be reimbursed.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If we send you the wrong product, or if the product arrived damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped
free of charge.
