These are the "Mini" version Croccantini crackers (each piece is about 1.5" by 3").

They're all natural & low-fat crackers that are great for daily snacking. Also, they make an exciting addition to your bread baskets.

In 1990, an Italy baker came to Seattle and started experimenting classic regional Italian recipes with fresh and seasonal ingredients available locally. A herb-infused rustic cracker was born as the result and he named them "croccantini", meaning "crunchy little bite" in Italian.

Made in small batches with all natural ingredients, La Panzanella's croccantinis are certified Kof-K kosher and parve. These crisp crackers are perfect accompaniment to your artisanal cheeses, gourmet spread, homemade hummus, jam or soup, or ideal for eating alone as a snack.
