  • These "Guan Miao" noodles come from one of the most famous noodle producer in southern Taiwan.  These are handmade noodles that are still made according to traditional methods.  Ingredients are extremely simple: flour and salty water.  No preservatives.  Noodles are made with special care and sun dried, saving the use of preservatives.  The slow drying method also helps preserving noodles' natural wheat flavor.
  • These noodles have an exquisite bite. They got what the Italians called "al-dente" when cooked and the flavor of wheat really comes through in every bite. 
  • Noodle shape: somewhat between spaghetti and linguine. Squarish, long, perfect thickness.
  • Packaging: Original packaging from the noodle producer.  This is close to 7 lbs of noodles.  That's about 48 rolls of noodles, enough to feed 20-24 people.

I was so excited to have found this noodle on line, I have looked every where after I depleted my secret stash brought from Taiwan..... Tasty noodle. really quick to cook.  Excellet for both hot noodle dish or cold noodle.
